I think I saw a "foodies" documentary about people that travelled to this restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Was fascinating.

You are talking about Magnus Nillson's restaurant Faviken.
It is very remote but is considered one of the best restaurants in the world. You basically come and stay at the lodge there in order to eat there. The nearest town is 80km away and you have to fly there from Stockholm, which is pretty far itself.
