Free inhabitant, who doesn't have to follow US laws, screams rape when arrested.

So a free inhabitant, who lives in the U.S., doesn't have to follow any laws at all?
I'm confused when she starts screaming: RAPE! Can the officer just say he's a free inhabitant as well, and the law against raping others doesn't apply to him?
Did she find these free inhabitant laws in a box of Cracker Jacks, or on a more trustworthy source known as the Internet?
Probably Germans, but IDGAF.

I'd think the people you want to get rid of would be out doing the killing, not your successful family men who have something to live for.

We could see how bad they wanted to live. I think The ruthlessness would help with the self esteem come time to ask for a raise or career advancement.
