Anyone that lives in New Orleans can drive around on any holiday and see S&WB crews out and about, usually five men for every one doing actual work. Gotta love that time and a half.

When your schedule is something like 9-3, its fairly easy to work an hour extra on each end and get 400+ hours of OT each year.

And that doesnt count the cash paid to inspectors when the come out for inspections either.....
