These two young ladies were put on notice by corporate to cease their bartering program immediately after Hibberts noticed that 212 pairs of shoes only netted $23k in bartered goods. I like most of you are just shocked they caught them because computerized inventory software tracking must have been noticed, much to the dismay of these two enterprising young entrepreneurs.

Two employees of a Franklinton sporting goods store were arrested Wednesday (Feb. 27) in connection with the theft of $23,146 in merchandise, including 212 pairs of shoes, which were traded for drugs or sold, authorities said.

Arrested were Jenna Cosse, 25, the manager at Hibbett Sports at 1140 Washington St., and Elizabeth Reedy, 25, who had been a store employee for about four months, the Franklinton Police Department said.

That’s almost $100/shoe. I think they did pretty well.

I wonder if they’re waiting for the other shoe to drop.

Oh yeah I'm really sorry about that. I apologize for the visual image that was briefly imputed into your brain.

We’re moving up slowly but surely, I know or knew Beth before she took a turn for the worse. Drugs got ahold of her and evidently got the best of her, it’s sad watching what happened to her over the last few years.

As you know I dated Beth before the drugs got her and it’s terrible what it’s done. Comes from a great family who has the means to get her help but I guess doesn’t want to or doesn’t think it will do any good. She coulda game me some free shoes damn I missed my chance shoulda kept in touch

That’s impressive for two junkies selling stolen goods
