I'd bet money this guy isn't committing a crime. Of course that didn't stop people from calling 911 because they saw a flamboyant man dancing on the sidewalk in Franklin, LA.

I tend to agree with you here but according to residents, the dancing has turned into lewd pole dancing in his draws. They just want him to keep his shorts on and tone down the pelvic thrusts. I think.

Pretty sure this is the same character I saw in the Walmart in Boutte a while back. Strange bird! He was definitely trying to make a scene of himself trying to pose for pictures with workers and attractive women in the store. Looks like an old male stripper having trouble with getting older. He was basically wearing tight men,s bikini underwear when I saw him. Lol......

What he is doing isnt dancing. He wears underwear with about 4 inches of his crack hanging out and a little bit of testicle. He goes from street sign to street sign doing squats and bending over while holding sign. He isnt dancing at all.

I'm in Franklin pretty regularly.
He doesn't dance on the sidewalk, he dances on the roadway in the inches wide strip between the white line and the curb. I've had to swerve to avoid hitting him before.
Dude is harmless but he's also retarded.
