I was referring to the graphic Bobby posted. Would love an updated one. I do fear the models seem to be trending stronger.

Pretty big shift East. SWLA92 didn’t want to believe it was coming.

I remember Lili. When I got back to work one of the women at the office was trying to place a 3 week old kitten she found in her backyard.

Based on today’s update. If you were to evacuate New Orleans area, where would you head?

I think I would head to the Houston area, or northwest, but I don't know nothing about no evacuations. We will probably ride in out in Monroe, but thats where I live.

Terrebonne Starting to close Floodgates:

TLCD> Due to the potential Tropical Storm, the TLCD is beginning to close the levee system. Grand Bayou and Bayou Grand Caillou floodgates will be closed this morning, as well as all screw gates. Beginning tomorrow morning, we will begin closing Point aux Chenes and Lower Dularge gates. 24 HOUR NOTICE: the HNC gate will likely close tomorrow around noon or afterwards. Cocodrie and Falgout Canal gates will close tomorrow as well. Please visit tlcd.org/mobile for updated gate status changes. Additional notices will be sent as we operate the system. Hwy 56 and Hwy 665 road gates will also close tomorrow afternoon, or likely Wednesday morning.

Angle of attack is important with this one

Storm will be moving NNE to NE

So worst landfall for LC would be around state line
Worst for laffy pecan island
Worst for BR around marsh island
Worst for nola between Morgan City and Houma

you aren’t wrong, it just depends on where that defined center of circulation occurs,,,,,until that happens, it’s hard for the models to accurately forecast landfall,,,,,but I tend to agree, the NHC nudged it east last update

What’s the current prediction on when this occurs?

and I assume 10am central is the next major NWC update right?

I have to imagine the 10am is going to be the most important one for planning

It may not be perfect but we don't have time for perfection with how quickly this storm became a threat
