Harris politics are bad enough, but the hand waving is illogically infuriating.

Hurricane Hilda from the early 1960s was one nasty October storm that's rarely mentioned. It took down a water tower in Erath and plopped onto a city building, killing several city workers. it tore up our neighborhood in Lafayette worse than any hurricane through the 1990s - Oak Trees down all over the place. A couple of roofs were blown off.
I was in kindergarten and had a blast though....got to play on all of the big trees that were lying in yards.
Hilda hit just a few miles east of me. We built a fort, a four sided fort on the bank of the bayou. Was without power for about 2 weeks. We had some property south of town, on the way to the marsh, and my father let an old hermit keep his goats out there. When we went out there later in the day, the gots had all drowned.

What’s this looking like for Tangiboha and Western Washington Parish? Should I be worried about a couple Pine Trees in the neighbors yard?

He works at Gohsep now. Saw him at the Governors press conference today with sleeves rolled up.
And he, the governor AND TAG Louisiana can use the Gohsep director as a personal floatation device.
