Noooo, that fricker was in Ida and about got himself "unalived". Also, he was so strung out from no sleep that he was seriously considering molesting an alligator.

I forgot about the alligator.

Still agree with this. Recon in there has us more steady state than I was thinking earlier. With the structure thats showing, hopefully we just do slow organizing tonight. I want this to take as long as possible.

Looks like it may be down 2-3 mb since the last pass.

Absolutely. You'd be surprised how stupid the average person is, especially when it comes to emergencies.

We’re reaching the cone of people that don’t know shite need to start shutting the frick up with bold predictions.

That's a fairly large range.

Anything tighter than that would be irresponsible, hell Im a little worried Im neglecting areas west as it stands.

And that range is quite a bit tighter than the NHC.

My bias would be, if that range fails, it fails to the west with a storm that doesnt quite come together.

Ok. You are correct. It's just that in that range the storm can affect two or more separate population areas. Pecan Island results in Lafayette, Marsh Island Baton Rouge and Morgan City the Northshore.

Im just as frustrated by that fact. Little differences make big differences for three population centers.

Wish I could narrow it down with certainty, hell the NHC and even The Boat does too. Just can't.

That's typically the case with tropical systems - weak systems somewhat counterintuitively aren't steered as well as stronger ones. Correct me if I'm wrong.
