Capitol Police Chief - J. Thomas Manger:
Police said his mother recently died.
They didn't think he had military background (although he said they taught him how to build bombs).
Still not sure if there are explosives in the truck. There were some things that are concerning. (e.g. Propane gas container)
He gave up with no resistance.
No indications he was acting with anyone else.
Not sure what he is going to be charged with.
No Criminal History. Nothing really serious.
