What about the objective moderates that neither loathe the city nor think it's God's gift to earth? I'm calling it for what it is: A cultural city with unique amenities that is the closest resemblance of a European city in America with glaring issues at every level.
Let's not always take sides in these NOLA threads. Can one be objective and have a civil discussion without being chastised?

Sorry for calling a spade a spade.
I have a different perspective spending my entire life there rather than many who have lived there a few years and think NOLA crime is exaggerated.
