Typical ‘“Family Values” type.. Like most of them on the Northshore.. i know of what i speak since i lived there for a long time.
But i did see one article where it said the aggravated rape (or incest, i cant remember) happened from like 1975-1981.. not sure how they’ll get him on those charges, what with statutes of limitations and all.. maybe those statutes dont apply to those types of charges(?). The article i read earlier didn’t specify.
But yeah, his ilk are par for the course (pun intended) for most of those Mandeville types.. Swingers parties on Saturday nights, then church on Sunday, with a some kid-diddling thrown in.

like they would charge a former sheriff for aggravated incest and rape without much of a case.

sex crimes typically have a long SOL. they wouldn't be arresting and charging this former sheriff with these crimes without a lot behind it.
