On school property tho...and with her student? You could frick for grades, then...
I don't know about all those crazy laws listed, but fricking a child if you are in your 30s is pretty fricked up. I get it, dude was 17...

Is she hearing the DA reel off details, or just reminiscing of some heavy coital action? She's sorta in a glowing haze.

Is it though? 17 is over the age of consent, you’re old enough to be able to be charged as an adult, Hell, you can sign up for the military...but you aren’t old enough to have a little cougar tail?

That ain’t right man. There’s a reason that societies had a coming of age celebration for teenagers...and I don’t know of a single one that waited until 18.

That shite is just puritanical.

am i the only one who remembers what it was like to be 17?? every dude i knew ranked the hot teachers and discussed in graphic details what we would do if we had the opportunity.

the term '17yo child' is a bit humorous when you think about what most dudes look like at that age, especially the ones playing sports.

It definitely should be illegal for a public school teacher to have sex with a high school kid on school grounds. I don’t know about rape.

I agree with this part.

It is just not rape unless the person is under the age of consent. I don't know how they can argue otherwise.

Because she would be considered an in a portion of authority over the student and could readily abuse that. We have policies in place for that among adults in a ton of professions.

At the very least she should lose her license.

She should absolutely be in trouble and be fired.

She should not be charged with rape. It wasn't rape.

All those who don’t think she should be charged with a felony: would you be ok if the genders were reversed?

As a dad, you wouldn’t think it would be a crime for a 37 year old male teacher to be engaged in a sexual relationship with your daughter?

Do we as a society want people to become interested in becoming g a teacher just so they can groom students for their own sexual desires?

Y’all some Alabama idiots...

Not if it was non on a public school campus and she was the age of consent.

You think people who want to do this don't already do it?

I'm not talking about any of that at all...
I'm saying a man or woman in their 30s fricking a 17 year old junior in high school is fricked up...

I'm not talking about laws, I'm talking about character...it's only puritanical from a "hole's a hole" point of view, at that point go frick the barnyard animals for all any of us care, at least you wouldn't be banging my teenager.

They do, but currently in most states, there are laws against doing it, and if they cross the line, it costs them freedom and livelihood.

So on their 18th birthday, in which no significant physical changes happen, a magical fairy comes down and taps them on their head and says “you are no longer gross to older adults, all of a sudden you are magically attractive in a way that you definitely weren’t before, because of a magic number determined arbitrarily by the government.”

Does that really make sense?

They just wait until kids graduate or they leave for another job in most cases and nothing happens and you never hear about it. Girls run off with ex-teachers all the damn time post graduation. I knew 2 chicks that starting dating their old teachers/coaches after graduating.

It is ridiculous that an adult in a relationship with another legally consenting adult can be charged with rape.

Fire them, ban them from teaching, all that is fine and good. It isn't rape.

I don't care about the legality, law aspect...

We're not talking about the same thing...I'm talking about older people controlling/using a kid through sexual relationships...

The rape part is that the child legally doesn't have authority to consent...a 12 y/o could still say they instigated sex with an adult, but the kid doesn't have that right.

Sure it's shitty for the 17 y/os, but the older person probably shouldn't be fricking the kid in the first place. For the legal part, a line should be drawn somewhere.

I just think it's crappy for old people to be banging kids, whether legal or not.

17 isn’t a child. Teenagers aren’t significantly smarter at 18 than they are at 17. And people can be controlled through sex, money and power no matter what age they are.

This shite ain’t new

Jethro Tull-Cross Eyed Mary

Who would be a poor man, a beggar-man, a thief
If he had a rich man in his hand
And who would steal the candy
From a laughing baby's mouth
If he could take it from the money man
Cross-eyed Mary goes jumping in again
She signs no contract but she always plays the game
She dines in Hampstead village on expense accounted gruel
And the jack-knife barber, drops her off at school
Laughing in the playground gets no kicks from little boys
Would rather make it with a letching grey
Or maybe her attention is drawn by Aqualung
Who watches through the railings as they play
Cross-eyed Mary finds it hard to get along
She's a poor man's rich girl and she'll do it for a song
She's the rich man stealer but her favour's good and strong
She's the Robin Hood of Highgate, helps the poor man get along
Laughing in the playground gets no kicks from little boys
Would rather make it with a letching grey
Or maybe her attention is drawn by Aqualung
Who watches through the railings as they play
Cross-eyed Mary goes jumping in again
She signs no contract but she always plays the game
She dines in Hampstead village on expense accounted gruel
And the jack-knife barber, drops her off at school
Cross-eyed Mary

Just curious, what age do you consider off limits?
