i don't think there are many Gallardos on the road with manual transmissions

*ETA: i mean gated shifters and tactile manuals

Salvage title with a blown motor but yea early Gallardos can be bought well under $100,000. People didn’t realize it at the time but the tiger stripe Lambo dude was flexing with like a $75,000 car.

How do they even make an automatic transmission for that car?

i think most of those level of sports cars are automatic with paddle-shift options for manual. there aren't physical shifters much, if at all, anymore

*ETA: for example the Chiron even has a dual-clutch automatic transmission

Everyone knows that 04 is the worst year for the Gallardo. There is a reason they have the lowest resale.

Because today's "automatics" are superior in every way to manuals. I think Lambo uses an electrohydraulic setup.

yeah some of those monster cars at the high end are way too powerful and complicated for normal guys to be using manual shifters

A conventional stickshift was always standard in the Gallardo.
