I’m going to look into these more. I drive a pickup instead of a car simply to have a bed to haul stuff if I need to. Very seldom will I hook up a small trailer to haul lawn equipment or something.

Pretty much the reason I got a Ridgeline.

Everyone wants an onld school type Ranger until Ford actually makes one.

I laughed way too hard at that picture.

The strangest negative I hear people talk about.
Wanting the option to put a stake bed on that bad boy?

For lesbians who want to step up from the Subaru.
That's just not gonna haul the jet ski, the side by side and the 12u Blasters equipment trailer.

That’s definitely Ford target market for the Maverick. Every order I have taken for one is an old white guy.

I guess I’m getting old. I’m to the point where I could give two shits about what others think. I see good gas mileage, ability to haul a kayak/load of mulch in the bed, and the price of 20k, I would buy one (instead of whatever else new you can get these days for 20k like a Kia or something).

It bothers Scruffy that he has 3 shirts on.
He looks dumb.
Scruffy would buy one if it is reliable though.
$20k for a truck with good MPG? Sign him up.
Does the barebones job and saves $20k on any other truck.

I think he wants a pickup chassis like the Ranger and not a Ford Focus with a bed.
The Maverick is a tiny version of the Honda Ridgeline from a design perspective. Built the exact same way. But smaller.

I get the thought, but I don't get the objective.
The towing capacity isn't going to be that big of a deal when talking ranger.
