I can't think of anything more demoralizing that can't be made worse by adding ice cream.

Agreed. I fully support constitutional carry.

Yeah, I'd imagine most of us in this thread are on the same page on that one.

Ok tell me all about how freedom loving you are while so scared of the man to come take your freedoms when at the same time lauding someone having their rights stripped over simple possession 12 years ago

I just carry and don’t worry about it open, closed, vehicle...I’ve done it for 30 years.

CC I carry that KelTec P32. In my vehicle I carry various different at any given time. Wife gave me the KelTec P30 .22 for Christmas so I have it now. Man that is a loud little gun.

You should have your gun rights restored imo.

Lighten up Francis. I made a joke. Even if was a bad one.

You decided to make an issue of it.

Mind you’re fricking business if you don’t like it.

Naw

So you don't think people that were convicted of non violent felonies and have served their time deserve the right to own a gun? How about felony tax fraud? Are they a danger to society?

Meh. I don't think any convicted felon should have the same rights and opportunities as those who obey the law.

I can see the argument if you robbed a bank and shot some old lady. If you cheated on your taxes or hacked some business' computer systems I'd restore them after the punishment was done.

Drug possession - meh. Should we start taking alcoholic's firearms? I bet that would cause quite the stir.

I don’t think any convicted felon should have the right to own a gun or vote regardless of whether someone arbitrarily determines they are not a threat to society.

I disagree. We've rehabilitated them but they are now half citizens for the rest of their lives?

I think we should treat violent criminals differently but I also don't think that we should strip rights for life from some guy that had a felony marijuana distribution charge when he was 19.

Just my opinion and I realize it's probably not a popular one.

ok because I'm sure you have never broken a law.

Sorry I had a couple Xanax in my pocket one evening while in college and didn't have an active prescription.

Glad you love freedom and the Constitution
