This is how this works actually. The plastic surgeon (and my wife) routinely sits in with dermatologists and vice versa to remove all possibly cancerous cells and send to pathology, as well as reduce scar size.
And the one on my neck was pure vanity purposes so I didn't need pathology.

This dude at work has a mole and trys to hide it underneath his mustache. It's the worst. So when ever dude is around my boss and I, we start taking about how "Down in a Hole" is our favorite Alice and Chains song. But the twist is that either him or I will bring up the fact that we first thought Layne was singing, "Down in a mole". It's pathetic but we get a kick out of it. Dude with mole has know idea.

I had a huge mole growing out from my elbow pit area. I cut it off when I was 13 with scissors.
