OT tells fat OP to go to gym, then the OT complains about fatties at the gym. What a time to be alive

Walking is the cheapest form of exercise.

Those things are really inaccurate. Wore a Fitbit on one hand and Microsoft band on other, Fitbit was usually double the steps of the band

Walk to the gym and back. Run on treadmill at the gym. (Prefer running outside, but not when it's cold AND windy).

Walk to grab coffee, lunch, etc during the day.

Often walk home at night if leaving before free car service time.
