For those with #2 issues such as IBS, I have found the answer

I have fought this for many years and finally did enough research and have found the answer.
1) A Pro/Pre Biotic capsule called “Seed DS-01 Symbiotic”. It’s pricy at $50 for 60 capsules, but you get what you pay for. It has an outer layer of Pre Biotic that dissolves in your stomach. The inner part of Pro-biotic does not dissolve until it reaches your intestines, so all of the good bacteria survives the stomach and is allowed to absorb into your system.
2) “Colostrum Powder by Ancestral”. It’s a powder you mix with water and drink in the morning. It’s tasteless and improves gut health by providing microbes that regenerate intestinal cells, along with many more nutritional benefits. It’s also a bit pricey at $40 per month.
After starting these 2 products, by digestive system is the best it’s ever been. The mysterious “Miracle Wipe” is now daily, and I’m saving enough on toilet paper to help subsidize the supplement purchase.

I don't clean the toilets so I'll stick with the spray and pray.

Have you noticed any issues with weight? I've read a few people talk about feeling like their body holds onto weight a bit more when they're on colostrum, which would be the only thing holding me back.
Otherwise.. I've read about the benefits before, and it sounds like a miracle product.
^ These aren't very reassuring for me, lol.

ordered the arma brand and it’s causing weight gain and I saw a lot of people say it made them gain ten to twenty pounds…

VSL#3 has been awesome for us.
All GIs I’ve discussed it with are huge fans.
It’s also very pricey.

Can't you get a prescription for IBS?

I can tell you what NOT to do. I tried apple cider vinegar every morning. Not much - just a healthy shot glass full. I was fasting after lunch so I had an empty stomach and then didn’t eat anything for 2-3 hours after the drink.
I went from having regular BMs in the morning to nothing for several days. Then it hit me. I’ve never sweat like I did when I finally pooped. Like…sweat dripping off my arms to the floor.
I threw the rest of the bottle away. I went back to eating lots of sauerkraut, Bulgarian yogurt, and flaxseed meal and I’m back to normal.

Everyone should own a bidet. If you have IBS, you should have two.
