My brother-in-law, who is a high dollar hair stylist (and quite straight), regularly had hot female roommates and he ended up boffing all of them.

my sophomore year i had guy roommates. it was fine. i had a boyfriend and one of them had a girlfriend. the other one just laid on the couch. they kept the place clean. no one ever hooked up.
i'll say this much to living with guys and girls. guys just say what is bothering them and don't get all pissy when you say, "hey, pick up your shite, please."
try saying that to a girl.
nope it has to go something like this: "hey, umm... would you like.... umm be okay with... like maybe considering picking up your things... just like whenever you get a chance...? it's totally no big deal. just whenever."
and they still get fricking bitchy.
if the girl is cool or ugly, live with her.... if she's hot or annoying, don't.

Found this out the hard way. A friend's ex-GF ended up living with me on a couple of occasions. I thought it was going to be a sex party every night but I eventually wound up being repulsed by her.
She was pretty but dumb as a doorknob. I never really respected her in the first place, so familiarity made her unbearable.

When I was in college my roommate for one semester was "the girl that hung out w the guys". It was fun, always had the best parties. But yes, we eventually had sex, it sucked, AND our friendship was ruined. If you dont want this to happen to you I would recommend that you smell each other's dumps in the morning....that should cure the interest

I roomed with my girlfriend's (now wife)friends for a little while. Needed a place for my last semester and they had a room. Obviously no sexing in that situation (and wouldn't have wanted to). Its awkward when they aren't home and you need to wash clothes, but the machine is full of underwear. Luckily my wife pretty much lived there with me. They were pretty clean in the common areas, but it wasn't the same as dealing with guy roomates.

She's attractive and cool...went and hung out with her last week for a bit. We wouldn't be sharing a bathroom or anything like that, so hopefully I wouldn't see used tampons or smell her dumps

i never had any problems with my guy roommates. i'd prefer guy roommates to girl roommates UNLESS they are my really good girl friends.
