Now, go ahead and downvote this post simply because I’m not all “rah rah rah, Murica mofos!”. Any sensible person with half a brain knows it was self defense and agrees that he never should’ve been there to begin with.
I'm downvoting simply because you're one stupid frick. What do you mean by he never should've been there? So the commies and scumbags acting like thugs and burning things down had the right to be there?
frick you and that horse you rode in on.

This is the only thing that should matter to the government and our society. We have no business judging any other aspect of the situation.

He hasn't thought that far ahead. He has been told by the media that Kyle shouldn't have been there, he hasn't considered the actual mob.

There are some things in there where I'm not 100% sure if they happened or not, such as
I don't remember that ever being claimed. I think the only thing I heard about this was from Kyle, who said Ziminski told Rosenbaum to "Get Him and Kill Him."
My point is, these details don't even matter if they are true or not. It was self defense.
The one thing you leave out is that Rosenbaum was involved with a dumpster fire earlier that night and another guy dressed very similar to kyle (same color shirt, baseball cap, rifle) put out the fire with a fire extinguisher. It was later when Kyle, fire extinguisher in hand, went back to that same location of the previous dumpster fire. It seems that Rosenbaum saw him approaching and likely assumed it was the same person who put out his dumpster fire. It's my conclusion that this is why Rosenbaum targeted Kyle.

Hey pal, whatever makes you feel like a badass.
I never said the rioters had the right to do what they did. Anyone here who feels it is appropriate for a damn 17 year old kid to go into that hellhole is either not a parent or a fricktard. I’d venture to guess it’s both. Maybe that’s just the parent in me talking. I’d have stayed my arse at home and let those animals destroy their own city on their own while protecting my own property.
But carry on, by all means.

Nope. You're making arguments about things you are 100% clueless about.
You're arguing on pure emotion, chief.

Don't project. He was perfectly fit to take care of himself. And he did. Obviously way more mature than most who post here.
Rioters are dead, not Kyle
You might as well start campaigning against Columbus Day and the Catholic Church, as none "Should have been here."

There is no “legal” argument over whether or not he should’ve been there. He had every right to be there. Nothing illegal about going into that situation.
Jurors don't always care or know and now we have DAs that try innocent people.

What age is appropriate? Couldn't you also say the say about a 17 year-old that joins the military after HS?

As he approached he saw Rosenbaum call out to him telling other rioters to get KR and started chasing KR through a parking lot with cars, as KR got cornered, he fired 4 shots in about .75 seconds right into Rosenbaum as he was lunging at KR trying to grab his ar15 and take it from him
You missed a very important detail in here. When this was all happening, another rioter fired a shot in KR's direction. This rioter was identified, but never charged.

It’s clear as to what happened but to be completely honest, I don’t give much of a shite about it. He was a stupid kid who went into a no-win situation with good intentions to help but ended up getting into the exact situation that he was just asking for. It was absolutely self-defense but he never should’ve been there to begin with.
Exactly.
