Let’s get back to that soldier analogy your shitty logic has you trying to run away from.

You can also trade out “soldier” for “policeman” or “firefighter” or any other role that people voluntarily choose to put themselves in that poses a potential threat to their safety. Maybe you wont feel as guilty when your terrible logic is applied to them.

He doesn’t, but what does this have to do with him being guilty or not? Do women in short skirts deserve to be raped? Do people walking in bad neighborhoods deserve to be shot? Lots of people make poor choices, doesn’t mean those poor choices should result in this trial when it is clearly self defense.

I agree he shouldn’t have been there, but neither should the rioters.
