Good thing my kids have all their vaccinations.
And even better, the law protects our kids from going to school or daycare with the non-vacced cesspool kids.

Just common sense would tell you that putting MERCURY into your blood stream at any age would be incredibly dangerous and you're promoting that we do it to infants?!?!?
This is a very ignorant statement.
Note that older versions of of some vaccines contained thimerosal, which metabolizes in the human body to ethylmercury, among other things. This leads to some confusion, as people hear about the horrors of diethyl- and dimethyl mercury, which are among the most powerful neurotoxins, and methylmercury, a persistent environmental toxin which bioaccumulates. Ethylmercury has NEVER been found to bioaccumulate, nor has the (admittedly limited) research on its toxicity found it to be particularly dangerous. Current workplace and environmental exposure limits are based on those for the more dangerous methylmercury, which is known to NOT be an equivalent compound.

Message Posted by Seven Costanza Is anyone on this site actually against vaccines?
And to everybody out there who is against vaccines and actively speaks out against them, this is on your head.

Regardless, these kids are still mixed in with the "herd" when they go out in public.

Do you boot your computer up in the morning in an attempt to irritate as many people as possible?
Or is this just your personality?

My son has autism. Things starting seeming off with him? about 2 days after his MMR vaccine. He had a reaction to the vaccine and after the low grade fever he had for two days his eyes looked blank.
He's nonverbal and now 6 years old.
I'm not saying the vaccine gave him autism or even caused it. However, it may have triggered something that was already inside. Maybe there is now an autism trait being passed down. Most likely it's due to some environmental issue (food additives or chemicals in the air, water and soil). Before the vaccine he was a happy kid. All smiles all of the time. Since then it's been a battle.
The only saving grace now is that fact that they found a drug (hated even putting him on anything) that has allowed him to gain interest in writing, drawing, and he has even spoken a few words. Thats just from the last 3 months on meds.
I'm not against vaccines except for the worthless flu shot.

I would like to know the cause of higher rates of autism and not just "there is know way vaccines cause autism."
I think that has to do with how autism is diagnosed, and what constitutes autism. The autism definition is broader than it was, in say, the 80s.

Do you get up everyday with the intent to call out Darth when there are several other people taking LucasP seriously?
This obsession some of yall have with Darth is really sad and pathetic.

Instead of plagiarizing a Reddit poster, you could've just read the next few posts confirming that the guy is just a regular troll.

People seemed to be agreeing with him, and I thought it was a well written argument that helps clarify things. I didn't feel like reading 3 pages of this thread to determine who was serious and who wasn't
