Wine rack on full display in the kitchen and not in a climate controlled cellar. 0/10 would not buy

Awfully big house for someone who should be busy at work most of the time.

I really dislike Kelly.

I’d be afraid his “loser” would rub off in me.

I wouldn’t buy that house simply because of the microwave location.

Can only imagine the number of gators swimming around that property on a daily basis.

They’re actively dredging them.

Someone’s going to buy Saban’s old place for the land and bulldoze it to subdivide I bet. Same thing they did with that white elephant on Moss Side Lane that belonged to the Lewis guy.

About 30 years ago, I was running around the lake fairly regularly and I'm pretty sure it was this house under extensive renovation.

It is truly a grand house when you see it in person and has a magnificent view of the lake (smell notwithstanding). Was probably under $400k in the mid-90s...

that's what I was just checking and saw as well. Did Kelly do the renovation or did he buy from a developer that did the renovation? Because the old version of the house is shite and overpriced at that Zillow quote.

Hard to rebuild them without them looking like shite in the process. It should be nice when finished.
