He starts off by saying he doesn't know all the facts. Then he goes into the police shot at the car and as result the child was killed. No one knows if the child was hit first then the cops fired at the vehicle to stop it. Correct me if I am wrong.

Take a breath and think. People here are saying race matters for ONE goddamn reason only; because it matters to those activists like Gary fricking Chambers, the NAACP, the black panthers IF a victim is one of their chosen special people.
They will stoke the fires, cause civil unrest and put anyone's life in danger. This is why race matters while no one here actually thinks it should. Your anger and disgust is misguided and misdirected.
You saw how many people here were upset by the black McKinley QB who tragically lost his life, right? But here we have the police involved and WE KNOW, YOU KNOW that the race of the victim is NOW of concern, NOT due to any OTer's irrational actions, but the actions by those I have mentioned. So get off your high horse and don't you dare try and paint ANYONE here as being happy a child lost his life. I am done with you.
ETA: and I don't even know you. Just pretty much going off what you have posted on this thread. So maybe, just maybe, you are as upset as we are about the nature of things in BR and just in an emotional rant?

That's what a couple of eyewitnesses are saying over there.
I know a few people from my old days over there and that's what's being said.
ETA - they're saying that's why the cops started shooting, once he hit the child and kept going.
