Add some Parton and you can have a good time.
Would love some Dolly Parton with lime and salt.

Muscle spasm of the jaw almost puts me to my knees.

Drink electrolytes. I spend a lot of time outside and these help me a lot. I won’t lie I do not always eat as healthy as I should. There is no substitute for that.

If foot cramps are the "worst", you have led a very sheltered life.
Maybe not the worst pain, but certainly amongst the most annoying...

Cold water probably would help.
Hand cramps are hideous.

Dave Mustaine has Dupuytren's, as does John Elway. It sucks.

Calf cramps
Got one during nookie a time or two... they are bad enough on their own- roiling charlie horses... but during sex is next level friggin awful.

Yep, the worst calf cramp I ever had was during a sex session with my now wife back in the first year we were dating. She probably thought she was giving me the world’s best ride while I was yelling “OH frick OH frick”until I threw her off and screamed in pain
Funnily enough, (not that I’m frequently cramping), but I actually might have experienced a new one last night: a hip cramp.
It was also during a romp, and while trying to slide out and switch positions, my hip just seized up and I couldn’t move my leg. It wasn’t painful, but I just sorta stuck in this half-in/half-out position for about seven seconds until it finally eased out.

Anytime I get a cramp I pour some salt in my palm and eat it. Not a whole lot but it helps ease the cramp pretty quick. They say salt ain’t good for us but lack of it ain’t good either.

A long time ago grandma was told that salt wasn't good so she stopped salting her food. It was in the summer and they didn't use A/C, just fans. Two weeks later she had a massive heart attack and passed away.
The doctor said because she had no salt that her potassium levels plummeted and that's why she had the heart attack. Potassium and salt balance each other. You can get all the potassium you need in everyday food but without salt, it doesn't do much good.
