I think what's more amazing is unless the cost of water in Oregon is seriously inflated, you can almost get it for free after the bottle return.

Bottled water is ridiculous in the first place here in the US. It makes sense in India or Mexico but here we've got perfectly fine drinking water available just about free everywhere (with the exception of Flint).
But who cares what he does with his food stamps anyway? Should we be upset over this? If we should why not the chicks that waste their food stamps by overeating and becoming Walmart shoppers? What about the poor bulimics who are just going to vomit up their food stamps. It's all waste in the end.

Our government gives away billions to the ultra-rich and corporations and I'm supposed to get riled up because some drug addict is wasting $4 of food stamp money?
There's more important things to making our country "great again" than looking down our noses at people. Those in power rely upon meaningless, petty distractions like this bullshite to avert our eyes from the real thieves raiding our treasury.
