This is happens all over the place. It's just like the classes you can sign up for I think at BRCC and apply for grant money because your enrolled. Sign up for the HVAC or barber classes, half of the student dropout the second the grant money hits their bank accounts. They will go to the ATM during breaks and as soon as it hits the account they all roll out. Class will go from 30 to 15. Then they sign up again and repeat. The grant money they receive is suppose to be for book and other necessities for class.

I was in Albertsons recently and a dude was buying a cart of the meat cuts they put on special in the front when it gets a bit old. Steaks, ground beef, all kinds of cuts. He whipped out an EBT card and said out loud “if they won’t let me buy dog food with my food stamps then I guess my dogs eat good.” I was stunned.
