Never had the flu shot, never had the flu.

I don’t do anything they recommend anymore.

E. Use to get the flu shot, but don't anymore.
I've worked in a hospital since '97. Used to get it off and on when they were giving them out in the hospital, but not every year. Quit taking them about a dozen years ago. Have had the flu once since HS('88) back in 2010. I'll take my chances.

I started getting it every year at 50 years old. They required it working in the hospital. I now get it every year. The flu is no fun.

Never have gotten the shot, never have gotten the flu. You're literally giving yourself the flu when you get the shot. It's a scam.

I’ve gotten the flu shot yearly since 1995. I’ve never had the flu that I can recall.

The vax does not contain live virus. It’s possible to get mild flu-like symptoms temporarily afterwards due to the body’s immune response. But this is not the same as a positive case of influenza.

B.
When I was in the military, I got one every year. I retired in 2022 and haven't gotten one since.

I hate being sick. The last time I had the flu I was sick sick for like a week. I take shots with little to no side effects so I get mine.
Happened to wife 2 years ago, we vowed to take it after that

I used to get it every year when they came in to work. After the covid disaster and the flu shot getting me sick a few times, I stopped getting it.

Got the flu shot twice in my life. I cannot remember why I decided to get it.
I have not had one in over a decade. Will probably never get another one at this point.
The only time I can remember having the flu was after getting the shot once.
I may have had the flu as a kid but do not remember. As an adult I may have had it but it was never bad enough that I went to the doctor.
As a kid, when sick we were usually given orange juice (unless it was an upset stomach then ginger ale.) a baby aspirin if there was a bad fever (or a cool bath) and lots of water.

Seriously, I think the flu vaccine is especially important for older adults, young children, pregnant people, those with chronic conditions, healthcare workers, caregivers, and long-term care facility residents. Vaccinating these high-risk groups helps prevent severe illness, lowers hospitalizations, and supports public health.

More than several years ago my doctor told me I had RF. I asked ,"What?"
He said real flu. I have taken the shot every year since.

What's wrong with you people, QUIT TAKING frickING SHOTS!
My God, eat right, exercise every day (no exceptions), learn essential nutrients and vitamins, and sleep.
If you do that, your body will work for you.
It's that easy. I haven't been sick in 20 years, and that includes raising 4 kids (dirty little freaks, lol)

Never had one. I’ve had the flu only once in my adult life, and it was total hell, but I guess not enough to make me remember flu shots exist. I’m not against them or anything.
Weirdly, I’ve had Covid 3x already. Kicks my arse for a solid 7 days every time. I was never very “sickly” before Covid became a thing.

Grew up and never got the flu shot. Rarely got sick. When we had our first child, doctors told us how important it was to get the flu shot so me and my wife did. We were sick all winter two years in a row. We stopped taking the flu shot and have very rarely been sick since (been 12 years now).
For my family, it is an absolute no on the flu shot moving forward and this doesn't even get into the whole aluminum issue and the fact you literally cant vaccinate for the flu because of how quickly it mutates.

Got it one time, no more for me. The shite doesn't work. If it did work one year it would be by accident, plus the fact that it has mercury and aluminum in it along with other nefarious crap it's a hard no for me.
