That’s definitely true in Baton Rouge. Walmart on Burbank is on their last box. Most places are out or only have the shot for people 65+

Never got the flu shot. I’ve never had the flu (knock on wood). If it’s not broke, don’t fix it.

I got one in November and just tested positive for strain A yesterday if that helps. Dr and pharmacist were saying there are so many strains this year the shot is 10-30% effective. Got it from my kids. Really sucks.

I have heard that after receiving a flu shot, the first place you developed antibodies is in your semen.
Lucky for you I received a flu shot last week and can offer an oral or rectal dosage.

Definitely not too late. When flu seasons are as bad as this one, the potential for infections can last through the school year. Colds and the flu spread so effectively in Fall and Winter because we tend to stay inside in close quarters.
I got the flu once in undergraduate school at UK. I honestly thought I was dying. I vowed never to get that shite again. I've had flu shots for 33 consecutive years and have never had it again.

It seems like you are having difficulty w/the concept of preventative measures.
What do the things I listed have in common? Wearing your seat belt lowers the chance of getting killed in a car wreck but does not mean you still can't die from impact. Making sure to never point your gun at your hunting buddy lowers the chance of a hunting accident but does not mean there is no way something bad could happen. Wearing a condom lowers your odds of getting an STD (or getting somebody pregnant) but it is not 100% effective.
Another example would be that even though I've never had a fire in my house I make sure to have up to date fire extinguishers and fire alarms just in case. However, if there ever is a fire my alarm and extinguisher still might not be enough to help stop my house from burning down.
Using your logic I should just say frick it and not have the alarms or extinguishers.
