In Baton Rouge they have to respond to every call, it doesn't matter if it's not an emergency. This is the bullshite that ties up police resources and should be heavily prosecuted.

My little brother once called 911 because I wouldn't let him play the SNES. He just learned the previous week in kindergarten to call 911 in emergencies. Apparently, this was an emergency to him. We both got an arse-whooping afterwards.
