Agreed. Its been challenged before. A horse is an animal with a mind of its own and pretty sure you cant get a DWI to stick on one

Wrong. It states she had it on a busy area with lots of traffic. You also don't know the condition of the horse's health. It could be malnourished and hooves demolished from walking on pavement
