Florida Sex Offender Beaten & Drowned By Cellmate

First Coast News reports David Oseas Ramirez was found deceased at the Duval County Jail on Tuesday. According to police, cellmate Paul Dixon was charged with 2nd-degree murder on the day Ramirez was killed, though police did not identify the victim by name.

Naw, baw is a convicted murderer and armed robber back in county for a resentencing hearing. He was doing life without parole on the original murder charge, but he was 17 when he committed it. Scotus says you can't be denied a chance at parole if you were a minor. He's only facing 2nd degree in this incident, but most certainly has kissed any chance at parole goodbye.
