Florida motorist uses gadget which rolls down to shield his license plate from toll camera

Davis was eventually stopped at the six mile marker on the Turnpike by Sergeant Carlos Vanegas, a arrest report states according to the FLKeysNews.com.
Troopers Vanegas and Dennis Gallo found a remote controlled device in Davis' vehicle upon searching it. They learned that the controls operated the license plate 'curtain.'

Davis was booked on Saturday but has since posted bail.

I always wanted to create a polarized clear sheet to go over the plate sobit can obstruct the view of the plate from off angles

The best gadget is a simple translucent film. At angle, it distorts the imaging... think of it like a glare which the manual LP readers all toll companies use to manual key images enter as unreadable.
