Surprised this doesn’t happen more. What is this guy supposed to do? Just not worry about? No. A woman just can’t cheat on you without repercussions. This needs to happen more with cheaters.

I think that's the part where, even in the rage of the moment, perspective creeps back in. Even then, I'd have to stop, drop the weapon, look her in the eyes, and say "Look what you've done." Leave it at that and walk out. Let her live with it.

Sufficient or not, the repercussions are (in Louisiana, anyway): 1) she is barred from seeking final spousal support; and 2) the social shame, which can be great.
