By "owner's fault", most people meant that they mistreated the dogs or raised them poorly, which led to the behavior.

My issue is you can't tell which ones are horrible, though. Plenty of other aggressive dogs from other breeds let their personalities be known.

When you hear of a story where the owner is crying "I don't know why my dog killed my child, he's never showed any aggression the 7 years we've owned him!" its a very safe bet that its a pit bull. Vegas wouldn't even take odds on that it would be so one sided.

They're good dogs until they aren't, and that's pretty scary. You don't know when a switch will flip and they'll attack.

Every thread it’s the same thing with you. You always say the OT are the idiots but refute any of the numerous stats brought up as fake news or don’t even address them at all. YES not all pits attack somebody but the FACT that they make the vast majority of humans killed by dogs despite making up just 6 % of the dogs owned means that the breed is clearly much more dangerous than the other breeds. You’re the dumb and naive one here by defending this garbage and murderous breed.

It's just ridiculous that their are thousands of great pits out there, yet the OT thinks they're all killers bc 30 or so a year attack people.
