Cliffs:
She was pregnant, at a Miami strip club.
She became disorderly after demanding a refund on food she ordered. The manager kicked her out.
Cop was working as private security. Manager asked cop to give her a written warning for trespassing that would ban her from ever coming back on premises.
A scuffle broke out between the pregnant woman and the cop/security guard. Cop tased her.
She later aborted the baby and is not claiming the baby was injured by the taser.
TLDR: Two trashy pieces of shite met up in a trashy strip club in a trashy part of a trashy city in a trashy state.

Read the article. It clearly states she didn’t lose the child due to the tasing.
The officer is a POS but don’t exacerbate the situation.
