about 5 years ago, me and my boss were called to a house to look at a job. When we walked in the house, it was pretty much exactly like the one in this article. The mom was passed out on the couch. The dad couldn't complete a sentence he was so messed up. The kids were filthy. we left and my boss called CPS. i was so mad at him. i couldn't believe he did that.
Fast forward 5 years and i have two kids of my own and TOTALLY get why he did it.
