florida closed to all commercial mail services in or out

ordered something from florida 2 days ago and just got a refund with this note attached
basically all commercial mail in or out of florida is now banned until further notice due to carona passing through the mail system. at this time i think residential mail is still getting through.

Your package may have been coming from a Corona hotspot. Please link to anything saying all mail from FL is shut down.
