Florida 15 year old arrested for threatening to shoot up his school on a video game

Again, I will say this:
1) release his name and picture- done coddling these little fricks because they are minors.
2) mandatory 90 day hold for psych evaluation
3) active probation and placed on can not own gun registry
Time to nip these little miscreants in the bud.
Sorry momma, you did something wrong in raising this piece of you or you and your partner’s genetic material was inherently flawed.

Honesty, he’s done with possibly owning one.
On the list he goes.
Parents need to do a better job at parenting and actually speaking to their teenagers about decisions and the ramifications of such in the year 2019.
This kid is done.
He can now be relegated to manual labor of cutting grass or working a highway asphalt line.
Not interested in this person being around society in any significant capacity.
Done.
ETA: if you take the kid gloves off with these little pricks perhaps you would see some change in parenting and or decision making.
This shite is not something to be joking around about.

You see this is where I differ in juvenile law in the year 2019 for crimes of violence or threats of crimes of violence.
This is not 1965 and you have a kid shoplifting some candy or knocking over mailboxes.
You do violent acts or threaten to shoot up a school than society is down with you.
See you on the asphalt line or cutting grass on the side of the interstate.
