Investigators determined Carr was impaired and took her to jail. On the way, Carr is quoted as calling a deputy a “pig, sow, cow, (derogatory term), (derogatory term), (derogatory term), (expletive) and (expletive),” She also spoke poorly about the deputy’s family and the State of Florida.
