It's more of a harbinger of the large scale conflicts that pop up every hundred years or so. This isn't new. But apparently many refuse to see the precedent for what is happening and will happen.

You may think so, but don't tell a Lebanese person that their food is Greek. They go apeshit.
If the owners are Greek, it's called "Greek". If the owners are Lebanese, it's called "Lebanese". If they're from anywhere else in the region (Turkey, Cypress, Palestine, Syria, Egypt, ect) it's called "Mediterranean" or "Greek & Lebanese".
