Was worth a shot. Of course, admitting you have a warrant and purchased a car from a guy who went to jail seconds later might have hurt its effectiveness. Why do people steal from Walmart or Target? They have top notch surveillance cameras and almost always press charges and trespass.

Did not know it was a black thing to keep a straight razor in your bra. Probably just a certain segment of the population.

They do that because for a few years, they were allowed to just walk out of the store with what they wanted with no consequences. Now they are entitled to take what they want when they want. Its why you cant let it start in the first place.
Its no different than your children. If you let them do something wrong with zero consequences, they are going to keep doing it.

You could have just said, "I have COVID" a few years ago and they would have cleared the room and would have gallons of hand sanitizer and other cleaning agents sprayed on you and the Bio Squad would descend into the room.
