FL woman jumps out of car on way to rehab, steals truck

Payne began to run on foot and attempted to break into several vehicles.
Payne was eventually able to steal a pick-up truck, and she attempted to flee the area.
Ms. Payne attempted to turn onto Sherry Circle and was unable to control the vehicle. The vehicle drove onto the shoulder and collided with a power pole.
Payne has been charged with Grand Theft Auto (Felony), Burglary of a Conveyance (Felony), Burglary of A Conveyance Armed (Felony), Leaving the Scene (Misdemeanor), and Theft of Firearm (Felony).
She’s 18 years old.

Not bad for a mugshot that was preceded by Grand Theft Auto, Burglary of a Conveyance, Burglary of A Conveyance Armed, Leaving the Scene, and Theft of Firearm. Maybe the guards cleaned her up a little after her cavity search.

Rehab at 18 seems kind of counterproductive. Should probably be an age limit on it.
