Fish guts on i10 in Baton Rouge

A buddy asked me about this and I had no idea. Apparently a semi lost it's load of fish guts/fish heads on the interstate this evening

That backed up 110 southbound really bad. Just getting back to Lafayette. I hate traveling through Baton Rouge!

And my question. What exactly were they going to do with a semi full of fish guts? Where was it going? And what do they do with them now?
