Sink stopped working in a brand new house. Consulted google and found out I needed to change the batteries in my sink. Wtf? Who thought it’d be a good idea to make running water dependent on batteries?

You want to hear mine ?

Took my son’s car to get it inspected, 20 something female says it will fail because the low frequency horn isn’t working.

I go home and do research, it only has one horn and it works

Take it to a different place, no mention of horn but says it will fail because the front window tint is below the 5 “ line.

It passed the past 3 years with the same horn and tint.

Call the tint people who say what they put on is a ceramic clear that’s legal.

Call the place back and they say come back and they will look at it.

Bluetooth on iPhone 17 won't sink with Javabot.

Had to take a break during back massage to have Sofia ditch her son's ball game to make me an Espresso.

Now I feel a tightness in my lower back.

I had to replace my windshield about 3 years ago. Haven't had an inspection sticker since. Have been pulled over a few times since, nothing has ever been said about inspection sticker.

They are supposed to do away with inspections at the first of the year in Texas and go to emissions only.

I’m just going to let him ride it out before I put up with the above nonsense.

I just smoked a bowl of Six Pence with 10 years in the can in a 106 year old Dunhill pipe while watching Miami hopefully tank.

“I’m going to run to the store to get (insert product)”

Even though you have seen this said product there thousands of times , on this day it no where to be found.

After going to numerous stores to find this product, you finally find it.

What would usually take 10 minutes, turns out taking 2 hours.

You don’t have a second coffee cup, or a dry towel to wipe it down? Idk, sounds like a third world problem

In Texas, the 5” rule (heh! heh! He said 5 inches!) only matters if there’s no AS1 line on the windshield. If you look at the outside of your windshield, at the very edge of at least one side will be a marking that says AS1 and has a short line going horizontally. I just measured on one of my cars and the AS1 line is approximately 10” below the top of the windshield. Yes, ladies, I have a 10 incher!!! Measure yours and see if your AS1 line is similar. Show the technician the link below.
DPS tint rules
quote:

Sunscreening devices must be applied above the AS-1 line. If there is no AS-1 line, sunscreening devices must end five inches below the top of the windshield.

Had the same issue. My batteries at least lasted one year. I change them out every year now.

I can't believe people deal with this nonsense.

It's probably a touch to start/stop faucet.

Likely reason. My neighbor has a touch-activated faucet in the kitchen and this happened to them. They didn't know batteries were needed (I guess the installers didn't tell them).

I’m having a Fierce 7mm PRC built with a custom yardage turret and they finished the rifle before the tax stamp cleared on my new suppressor. Now I either have to wait until they clear the new suppressor or have them use one of their suppressors to dial in the turret
