The problem is that a huge percentage of welfare/poor in this country are that way due to lack of personal responsibility and discipline. And unfortunately those people likely won't go out of their way to get not only buy the birth control, but remember to take it every day.
They need PSA ads like they used to do for marijuana but reminding young girls to take their birth control
And food truck type delivery system of free birth control to all the poor areas of the country

While this is true that it will raise numbers, many times not to normal levels. Something is messing with our hormones big time. Processed foods are likely the main culprit, but the Low T phenomenon exists globally and in places where people's diets are much better than ours. I personally think plastics have a lot to do with it.

He cited evidence/studies that women who aren’t on the pill are attracted to more masculine men deeper into their ovulation cycle when they are more likely to get pregnant. More masculine men (more prominent jaw line, ect) have higher testosterone.
Women on the pill, according to studies he referenced, do not share the same attraction.
