There’s good hotels from Fayetteville (FYV) up to Bentonville which is about 30 minutes north of Fayetteville. Springdale, Rogers are in between and also good options for hotels. They’re all connected by I-49 so travel is easy.

You might also look a VRBO’s in the area.

Things to do: drink, eat

Dickson Street is the party location for FYV. They allow specific containers to leave so you can walk around and hit different bars. Springdale Emma Street and downtown Rogers has the same set up with restaurants and bars in walking distance.

FYV Dickson, Downtown:
Doe’s Eat Place, Atlas - Steaks
Rolando’s - Mexican
Hugo’s (burgers, long wait on game days)
Feltner’s - burgers
Tiny Tim’s, Geraldi’s - pizza
JJ’s - decent bar food
Catfish Hole - lots of hog fans
Casa Alejo - Mexican, just opened
Whole Hog - BBQ
Shogun - sushi, tepanyaki
Cheers at the Old Post Office - American food

Johnson (between FYV and Springdale)
Wright’s BBQ

Springdale Downtown:
Gaskin’s - steaks
Kenya Kitakara - Ramen
Casa Alejo - Mexican
Down Da Bayou - Cajun
MJ’s Pizza
Rein Sushi
Springdale also has a ton of Taquerias

Rogers
KPOT - Korean BBQ and Hot Pot
Havana Tropical Grill - good Cuban food.
The Rail - pizza and wings

Bentonville
Table Mesa - Latin
Firebirds - pizza
Ruth’s Chris - steaks
Blu Fresh Fish Market - fish and sushi

Given time, go to Crystal Bridges Museum. A Walton family daughter (Wal Mart) set this up and it’s a great visit.

Lived up her for most of my life, ask Q’s

The LSU sections are 120 and 121, with some additional sections in the nose bleeds. They have some nice indoor sections, I think they’re the 300 level on the east side and then there’s also indoor access clubs in the 108-119 north end zone.

Tickets should be plentiful and reasonably priced.

I do not recommend eating the food at JJ's. Their happy hour drink specials are great, but the food will give you horrible diarrhea. I wouldn't risk ruining a trip for cheap wings.

Everything else you listed is fine for the most part. During my time living there, we had a lot of BBQ restaurants that were pretty good but took a sharp decline after 2020. Whole Hog and Sassy's used to be my go-to BBQ joints, but they were terrible the last couple times I went before I moved in 2024.
