Where's the other 8,000 people making the summit?

Only his and the Sherpa's tarcks?

Oh, and if Sherpa's run up and down the mount like kids at Monkey Hill, what's the big deal with white people flipping out over making a single summit?

Knowing red bull they paid to keep everyone away.

Considering he did it without supplemental oxygen.. the Sherpa isn't stupid enough to do that lol

Redbull got special permits to do it outside of the climbing season. Just him, the Sherpas, and the film crew on the mountain.

The same crew that filmed Free Solo filmed this as well with a similar show/documentary coming out at some point.

Also the Sherpa are just built different. They have adapted to perform better in those environments and have generations of experience climbing in that area.

Reminds me of the dude that rode his bicycle from Sweden to Nepal and climbed Everest solo with no O2 or sherpas then rode back to Sweden. Goran Kropp was his name. He died in a a climbing accident in Washington.
