that's exactly the way it was when they first started letting women fly fast movers, not so much these days, I've seen some shite hot female pilots over the last couple of decades

back in the day it sort of was for the demo teams, they had to have the skills and quals first, but they had to have the look to go along with that, obviously it would never fly these days
