Not engaging was hoping we could act like normal humans. She can't and her support system is a joke. When I see her and whats shes doing its like shes asking to get raped again.

That will work out well for you: Go to court for a restraining order, telling the Judge "I hope we can act like normal human beings." That is not how TRO's work. They ban contact. You can usually do that on your own by ignoring her.

The court is not going to manage her behavior.

Thanks. So the court won't do anything to help a male against a female with a psychological disorder but will help a female if a guy looks at her the wrong way.

Just wish there was a way she can get the proper help she needs, and I want to ban contact with her until she does.

for god's sake man, quit posting about this shite on a message board.

you don't need (and won't get) a restraining order unless there is some evidence that she may hurt you. just back out of the contact in a respectful way and be done with it...you don't even have to tell her what is going on.
